The higher your skill, the stronger your defense and offense are.

It's actually your skills that really make the armor and weapon shine. Your armor and weapon will generally improve over time as you encounter stronger enemies. The Bruma Siege Machine will also drop a sigil stone too, but it has a habit of rolling so it's common for players to miss it or never even seen it. I don't mind it too much because the loots is real in the gates. I will warn you that the flaw of the gates is that they are very repetitive with pretty much the same levels over and over. Sometimes gates will even spawn like walking distances amusing enough. There are 90 spawn locations for the gates, but only a maximum of 60 gates will be possible in random locations except for the ones hard coded to spawn next to the cities. However, you will lose 25% of the gates if you complete the Paradise quest. You will be able to get absolutely plenty of them for a run, but they shouldn't be used and abused, ya know? The maximum gates will be open when you complete the main quest 'Dragon Shrine'. They are very powerful and should be used carefully due to the limited number of them. With Sigil Stones, you do not need to use an enchanting altar. They require a spell in your book for example if you want 'Feather' then you need the feather spell and a filled gem to make that enchantment. "What in Oblivion! This one is Kajiit! Stone is no good to this one!" You exclaim. You need the Frostcraig DLC or join the Mage Guild and get access to the university to use the Enchanting Altars to enchant weapons. The little stone still burns in your hand, as steam rises from your singed clothes. Then you pick it up, hell collapses and you arrive back to Cyrodiil. You smile as you peer at that beautiful Sigil Stone, savoring that moment it will be in your possession. You make it to the top, defeating these minions of evil that dared to stand in your way.

Fighting Demons, clawed fiends and Elemental Beasts. You manage to bleed your way up the stairs of the tower, sweating buckets while surrounded by flames. You literally make your way through hell.

#Oblivion sigil stones code
New stones will have completely unique names and a color code system showing their rarity. I did not change the in game ID (or name) to reflect this, out of fear of ruining current saved games and any unforeseen Quest dependencies. The original stones remain in the game and are currently "Common stones". The rarer the more coin you can fetch for the stones. I plan to leave the naming conventions as they are in this version, so don't fear losing earned stones in later versions.Īll stones now have a sales value. I would gauge that 90% of the stones are in. I want to add new 3dstones later, that match the colors of the icons. Combination weapon enchants are now common place as well.Īs of SSE v 1, all sigils are tied in to the original 3d art for sigils. Such combinations as Blunt+heavyarmor+Block and the magic user equivalent can be found. The majority of the stones address specific classes (at least the most popular) have been added. It also seeks to give the player the opportunity to create armor that rivals the sets found in the world.

This mod Seeks to invigorate the oblivion (dungeon) crawls. Sigil Stones Expanded (SSE) seeks to overhaul the Sigil Stones in TESIV by making them more exciting and rewarding. Sigil Stones Expanded, current project level: "passing stones".Ģ5 unique stones(X5 leveled lists=125stones)+ 5 Legendary stones (X3 leveled lists=15) for a grand total of 140 new stones. I found my claim for # of new stones was off, re-adjusted. Thanks to 'Primetime' for pointing out a spelling error, now fixed.Įdited explanation of 3d assets, thanks to 'Motub' for pointing that out. I also created a new stone for the sneaky types called "Klepto" stones. So I changed one set to buff new attributes and I will certainly put in the last 10% I have been planning.įound a duplicate set of Krieger stones. What to expect in the next version? That depends on feedback, new ideas that pop in my head etc. No changes to the existing stones since 1.1 That took longer than I expected! Now I take a well earned break.
